- 2 lb. butternut squash (Small, peeled, seeded, and spiralized with blade B, about 4 of squash not prepped or just over 1 1/2 lbs prepped ***)
- 1/2 lime (a large)
- 1 tsp. sriracha (or to taste)
- mint (Finely sliced, for garnish, optional)
- thai basil (Finely sliced, for garnish, optional)
- cilantro (for garnish, optional)
