- 2 tsp. Thai red curry paste (depending on desired hotness)
- 14 oz. extra firm tofu (cut into small cubes, not silken tofu)
- 15 oz. straw mushrooms (canned, drained and rinsed, or 2 cups sliced button mushrooms)
