Delicious! Added more lemongrass and ginger than it called for. The flavor was definately present but not too spicy or overwhelming for my not-curry loving family members.

Great taste- I think more shrimp would add to the dish. I used spinach instead of cabbage because my husband doesn't like it. I also added high protein ramen noodles.

This is excellent! I subbed bok choy for the cabbage and added fresh basil and some diced tomatoes.

Absolutely amazing. I doubled the ginger and lemongrass and added more red pepper and green onions because I love my soup little bit more spicy. But this is definitely one of my favorite soups. Quick and easy, yet packed with so much flavor with fresh ingredients that I just drank the extra liquid. I am a very picky about my dishes but this is absolutely a winner. I could eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I’m in love.
