- 7 cardamom pods

Outstanding, a really subtle blend of flavours with the lime leaf and base. Minor changes made to max up the taste:
- Toasted the cardamom in the pan before the water/lime leaf went in
- Added half a red chilli to the pan for a tiny bit of heat, removed with the lime leaf
- Used Thai basil as the garnish
