I would make this again. it's quite good. Made with red bell peppers, broccoli, and shitake mushrooms.

So good!
Just sweet and tangy enough. I served it with basmati rice and roasted cauliflower. It was delicious!

I dance when perfect recipes land in my kitchen! This was excellent and easy! I’m a huge fan of garlic, so I added the crushed/dried garlic. I had green bean and riced cauliflower this time. Looking forward to the next creation. Thank you!

This was so good! Although I substituted the 2 tbsp red curry paste for 2 tsp yellow curry powder. I also used coconut oil for frying the tofu instead of avocado oil. I served it over white rice. It was so good! Definitely making again :)

nice easy dish to make, great flavors. brown rice takes a little longer to cook so get it on earlier! we added some red peppers, it was a nice addition!

i think i did something wrong, smelled real good, didn't taste as good, made it over rice noodles instead of rice. I'll try again, seems promising

This recipe turned out amazing! It's my new favourite tofu recipie! Very easy to make and tasted delicious.
