Super yum! I used ramen noodles because I didn’t have any glass noodles and it worked well went a bit extra gloopy, but we like gloopy soups.

I ended up putting a bit too much rice noodles , but instead of ruining it that turned it into a delicious pad Thai!! Also I didn’t add lemon grass, to me it smells like citronella candles. Either way I would absolutely recommend this, it was delicious!

This was super flavorful, added baby corn, bamboo shoots, canned bean sprouts, jalapeno, lime. I had to make a couple adjustments to the broth and measurements, but overall a very good dish. I also recommend putting rice noodles into a bowl first, instead of it going into the broth.

The whole family liked it. I used green curry paste and added corn which was really good. I cooked the noodles separately as I wanted more soup.

It turned out well. Didn’t have lemon grass or bean sprouts, which would have been even better. We added mushrooms and green beans, which was nice to have some extra veggies. Tastes better the second day.

I added more curry paste because I like spice and I loved it! My husband asked me to make it again but with shrimp next time

Didn’t use lemongrass, but lots of ginger, julienned carrots and courgettes. Delish!

Really easy & turned out great. Even the kids loved it. I was missing s few ingredients, but it didn’t seem to effect the quality, I just did subs and I added fresh spinach to it, as well as hemp seed.

Noodles absorbed most of the liquid but it was very tasty and a hit with the family.

I liked this recipe a lot, it was fairly easy to make and tasty. It benefits from more spice rather than less.

I converted it to an instant pot version and it was fine. Probably amp up the curry a bit and drop and of the cans of coconut milk and add more veggies.

I made this for my roommate and I and it turned out great! I added some chilli garlic sauce for an extra kick, nixed the sprouts and added mushrooms. fantastic winter recipe!

This was very good, but it was thanks to some adjustments I made based on some previous reviews. I only used the juice of one lime initially & then added a bit more at the end to my liking. I think the zest & juice of 2 limes is too much (and I didn’t even have or use lime leaves). I also only added enough noodles so that there was a good balance of noodles & broth.
