2nd time: I accidentally added the thai chili sauce to the roasting sprouts, so they were well caramelized - a bit too much at 15 minutes. The sauce still has too much fish sauce - it comes out looking like baby (fill in the blank).
These had a vibrant and fresh taste. I would have sautéed and or roasted the Brussels spouts for a while longer. A bit too much fish sauce.
