I loved this recipe! It is a great combination with the peppers and pineapple! I made quinoa too, although brown rice was another option 😊

Fantastic recipe! I tweaked it for 6 people. So more bell peppers, 2 jalapeños for Chile’s, and 4.5 lbs of chicken, and it was a hit! I cook for my firehouse, and the largest compliment is silent fireman who go back for seconds! Great flavors! Awesome aromas while cooking 🙌🏻 Definitely saving this recipe!

this was quick and easy. i did use the red pepper and 2 jalapeno peppers. we like spice. it took about 35 minutes to put it all together. i made rice in the instapot while cooking the rest.. will definitively make again.

Made this for my picky family and they LOVED it!!! I recommend a little more spices if you want to have a special kick. But all in all it was a really good and fast meal to prepare.

Very good. A little hotter than I like, but husband loved it. I cooked the chicken in coconut oil. That was nice too.

I love this recipe! It's definitely a staple in our house. I (like the other user) add much more ginger and garlic. You will not regret trying this!
