- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (fresh chopped, or 2 teaspoons ground)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (or honey)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 lime
- 1 pinch red chili flakes (adjust for your taste)
