I kicked this up by adding crushed chili flakes to the marinade. I also added a dash of sesame oil, soy sauce, chili flakes, garlic and ginger powder to the bean sprout mix. I forgot to add the chopped cashews - next time! I cooked the chicken in sesame/olive oil and add in the peanut sauce at the end. Bright and flavorful!

Thought they were fine- not remarkable - so will likely not make again. I did add chopped peanuts and would also sauté chicken with a schezuan sauce for an added kick if I were to plan a repeat

Very tasty and fast, thought there'd be leftovers as I made double the recipe, however...

These Thai chicken tacos were very fast to make and tasted great! I loved the crunch from the cabbage and bean sprouts and the kick from the sauce. I will definitely make them again and will try squeezing on some lime juice next time!
