Amazing. Whole family loved it. Only used half of the curry paste (1.5 tablespoons) and that was a perfect amount for us.

One of the best soups I’ve ever made! The brown rice noodle are a nice addition.

This dish turned out amazing!! Makes a lot and have enough to freeze some and have lunch for tomorrow! A++ on this one for sure :)

Very delicious. I added some honey and replaced the noodles with quinoa and it was amazingly flavorful.
