Great recipe! You can add any veggies, I added celery, carrots and cabbage. A tsp of fish sauce adds extra Thai flavor.

It was really tasty. I also added cilantro and peanuts and I added the entire bag of cabbage.

Awesome! This is a really tasty and light alternative to a floor or corn tortilla. I used shredded chicken breast, not having ground chicken, which I rubbed with some Thai spices before baking and shredding. Oh, and I used a few cups of baby spinach in the dish, in lieu of cabbage. The crunch of the cabbage would have been nice, but ........ none in my fridge!
I used romaine lettuce heart leaves bcs they are long and have a nice, crunchy spine for lifting. I may try iceberg next time so that each morsel can be rolled, but, whatever!

Delicious!! the only thing I changed is instead of chicken, I used turkey, just because I didn't find the shredded chicken when I went to the store, but the flavor was great !!

Didn’t use the full amount of curry paste. Couldn’t find hoisin sauce so I drizzled sesame seed oil

Good recipe. I am not a Huge fan of ground chicken though so next time I will use cut up pieces of chicken breast. But overall...... great flavor and super easy to make

Came out delicious! Only had ground turkey on hand and we added sriracha and sweet chili sauce on top!

Recipe was ok, fairly easy to make. We added fresh chilli and crushed peanuts for extra flavour. Wouldn't make it again though.

I really enjoyed this, as did my girlfriend. I used shredded chicken, as opposed to ground chicken. Good amount of spice to it.
