- 16 snap peas
- fresh cilantro (optional)
- sliced green onions (optional)
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. tamari sauce
- 1 tsp. cilantro
- 1 lime (about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce
- 2 Tbsp. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. honey (if you like it sweeter, optional)

Peanut dressing is good if you like spicy, as I do not with the peanut butter taste. But with the chicken and rice everything was great, the dressing is where my rating is because it was just not great.
