Super simple recipe to create, and is a favourite for my family. I often substitute prawns or tofu, and slip in other veggies at times.

Loved it. I fried the ginger and lemongrass with coconut oil before pouring in the liquids. I will also try using lemon grass paste the next time I make this dish.

AMAZING!! As usual with recipes on this app, there is a SEVERE lack of salt as the recipe is (it's not even listed as an ingredient), so just taste after the chicken is all cooked and adjust as needed! I also omitted the sugar because I try to cut sugar as much as possible from my daily nutrition, and the soup turned out perfectly without adding gross refined sugar!

Excellent! Even my husband enjoyed this, and he's not a fan of chicken. I made this recipe exactly as it suggested except for one thing - I didn't have lemongrass. Next time will be sure to have some.

It was amazing! Perfect for a cold winter's lunch. I made it for my family so I doubled the portions and added more ginger.
