I gave it 5 stars cause it gave me a great base to build on. I added extra of the seasonings listed and I added potatoes cause I love potatoes. It was delicious!!!

I will make it again but will add something to make it a little more spicy

Delicious!! Definitely taste it as you go, I ended up adding more curry paste, salt, and ground ginger than the recipe called for. Added onions, green pepper, and carrots.

Yummo!! I pretty much followed the recipe (Im not one to go off book much haha). We didnt need to add the brown sugar in the end but did add extra red curry paste! Thank you!

curry tasted great. I will try again with more brown sugar and lime to play around with the flavor. I boiled my chicken first. Definitely use the whole bottle of red curry paste. Wish it was more spicy so I might try with sriracha or cayenne pepper next time. Also, I will need to use more fatty coconut milk to make the curry thicker

Awesome recipe. Easy to prepare, Husband LOVED it. Could not find Thai Red curry paste in my town so used yellow curry powder, was out of coriander so substituted homemade Garam Masala, but the results were amazing. Definitely in my go-to box.

good recipe and easy to adjust to taste

This was delicious! I added extra spices but next time will add the entire jar of red curry paste (4oz) and double all of the spices plus a few teaspoons of curry powder. I used lite coconut milk as well as added broccoli and bell peppers. Give yourself plenty of time and be prepared to adjust the spices to your liking.

Very spicy and delicious. Everything a person can dream of if one likes great thai hot food :]

if you dig coconut ginger lime its great ;) those flavors tended to stand out, and i didnt have curry on hand and the paste came across as more of a red chili flavor than curry so that was kindof a bummer, but i did buy it from walmart so maybe it just wasnt as high a quality. all around yummy and good for you food ;)

I made this last night and it was great!! i took a couple of the tips off of here and used baby kale instead of spinach, added some orange peppers to add to the vegetable content and added some red chillis flakes and saracha to make it more interesting. Will make it again!!

The only thing I added was a bit of cayenne pepper, and I had it on top of quinoa, it was SO good. Although I wouldn’t have it for leftovers again, tastes best the first day.

I will plan to make more next time but it was AWESOME!

First prep it came out very good, creamy with a very subtle heat. I remixed the recipe for a 2nd making with 1.5x the spices and coconut milk, and 3-4tblsp of sriracha paste. Would recommend

It was good... definitely add bell peppers and maybe sub kale in for the spinach (texture holds up better) and sriracha or pepper flakes for a little kick. I also liked the leftovers better which usually means it wasn’t flavorful enough

Followed the recipe almost exactly only added a little more lime juice. It was delicious!

I thought this was yummy...but I didn't follow the recipe exactly. The recipe calls for 1 lbs of chicken, but I can't imagine only using 1lbs. I used almost 5. i used extra spices but one can of milk is plenty.

Use a full bottle of curry paste. It’s better.

i made this it was very good! it made 4 days of lunch for me, very easy and simple to make, delicious. however i found it wasnt spicy enough, i used curry powder instead of red thai paste as i couldnt find any. I used jasmine rice in combination with said curry, this is for sure going to be on my rotation of must have recipies every month

I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious this turned out and so easy to make! Someone below commented they would add green peppers next time, I think I agree. Not because it needed them, I just love extra veggies.

Delicious and easy to make; everything was done in one skillet! My wife loved it and even my picky twins enjoyed it. I may not order thai so much, since I can easily make this at home, haha. I feel like an accomplished Dad right now!

I would say 4.5 stars. I have never made a perfect meal and saving that 5th star for when that happens. Very flavorful and aromatic. I also added some gochijang sauce for some spice. About a half tbsp gave it a little kick, I think a full tbsp would have been best to my pallet (I love spicy food). I did not add the sugar and after trying it idk what the sugar would have added. I think that would have taken away from the delicious Thai flavor. Great dish, make lots! -Brock L. / Advanced Home Chef
