Absolutely delicious! I used onions instead of leeks because that’s what I had. I’m definitely making this again.

Everyone liked it. Very different from what we are used to.
I used onion because that’s what I had.
I used rice noodles cause that seemed to fit.
I substituted chili powder cause I had it and added a tsp. of hoisin.
