- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 6 cloves garlic (2 tsp minced)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice

Directions
- Add all ingredients together and marinade for at least 30 mins. (May marinade overnight for increased savoriness)
- Grill! May also bake at 350 for 20-30 mins. (Grilling is best though)

This is such a great recipe. Have made it several times and will continue to because it has such good flavor. I have always always done the chicken on a charcoal bbq, which takes more time and effort than gas, but gives a lot more flavor.
