- 1/2 cup water chestnuts (Available in supermarkets, canned)
- 3 spring onions (cut into 1)
- 2 tsp. tapioca flour
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 tsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup (Thai)
- 2 tsp. sauce (Golden Mountain)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Thai pepper (Powder)
- 1 Tbsp. chile (Left Over From Frying, see above)
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts (more or less to suit your taste)
