Adding yellow bell pepper also, double the meat, and it turns out great!
For more brownish color, i’m adding sweet soy sauce & reduce the sugar.

This was so delicious and authentic I only wish there was a chili paste or something to make it spicy it is not spicy at all but so flavorful. I put mine over Jasmine rice and it was amazing.
