- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- salt
- ground black pepper

Directions
- In a bowl, add the beans, coriander, olives, tomato, onions, jalapeno pepper, garlic, oil, vinegar, and a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Cover the bowl in plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
