- 1 lb. steak (Sliced in Strips, any kind of cheap roast or steak will work)
- 2 cups cooked brown rice (prepare the rice and let it cool down while preparing the remaining ingredients)
- 2 tsp. chicken (or Beef Bullion, if using broth than replace it for 2 cups water in rice)
- 2 cups black beans (Cooked Dry, 1 Can of Black Beans if you don’t have dry beans)
- 1 onion (Chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 4 bell peppers (cut in Half)
- extra-virgin olive oil
- cheese (if Desired, we don’t think it needs it)
