- 12 oz. corn (drained)
- 12 oz. chunky salsa (Hot or Mild, whichever you prefer)
- 2.25 oz. sliced black olives (drained, Save out 2 TBSP of the black olives for the topping)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 1/2 cups crumbs (Tortilla Chip, It takes about 5 cups of whole chips to make 2.5 cups of crumbs)
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
- bell pepper (diced, I like red ones on this)
- tomato (diced)
- green onions (chopped)
- 3 whole tortilla chips (for garnish!, optional)
