Turned out excellent! Very filling. Didn’t have bell peppers but still great. Cooked it in a cast iron skillet! Added a bit of fiesta blend shredded cheese on the top. Served it with corn bread and will definitely make it again. Maybe with ground turkey next round. Couldn’t get the picture before the family dove in! Lol!

My entire family enjoyed this casserole This is a go to every time I had 3lbs ground beef and tripled all ingredients. It made two large glass dishes.same size as stated in recipe. The taste was extremely good. Will make at least once a month.

IMO, adding tortilla chips to the top when you pull it out of the oven knocks or out of the park it’s a matter of opinion though otherwise great taste

This was good. I used Rotel in lieu of diced tomatoes. I also used a packet of taco seasoning. I did not use the bell pepper since my husband is not much of a fan.. I will make this recipe again.
