First meal I've made through the Yummly app. i usually just throw all my food into a pan or make a few staple meals. This is going to be a new staple meal, for sure!
Easiest way that I've made a tempeh meal yet (after years of cooking tempeh different ways). This was a solid meal with great taste/consistency of tempeh. I recommend this to anyone, especially with how many fresh veggies are used in it.
Differences in my version of this meal:
I turned the tacos into wraps, i didnt have ground coriander, no chopped raw onion for finished product.
I used vegenaise mayo for the wrap as well!
