- 4 fillets yellowtail
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sake
- 3 Tbsp. mirin

Directions
- Sprinkle salt on fillet of yellowtail.
- Place them in a frying pan with heated oil, and fry until browned.
- Remove the oil by using kitchen paper.
- Add sake, mirin, and soy sauce, and simmer away.
