My husband loved these. My daughter and I liked them, but we thought they were a tad salty. The meatballs themselves were delicious- I tasted a piece of one after it was fried. The ginger and the sesame flavors were great. It could have been the teriyaki sauce I had, so I may try it again with a more authentic sauce. Definitely don't think it needs the soy sauce added though. I probably would add a tbsp. of sriracha instead of a tsp. too. Good enough to definitely try them again.

These are delicious. I served them over some soba noodles which I fried in garlic and peanut oil. The only thing is that the teriyaki can be quite salty so if you prefer a bit of sweetness, I suggest adding a Tbsp of sweet and sour sauce just to counteract it.
