    Delicious flavor! I had to play around with how hot to make the burner in order to determine how long to fry the Tempe for. And there was still a little bit of the sauce stuck to the pan at the end.

    The sauce is fantastic. However, it is hard to tell when the tempeh is ready. It should specify the consistency you want to achieve (soft to firm). I just tried to go in the middle and it seems to work.

    Very good, a bit too salty so i would use less soy sauce next time. It didnt thicken so i useda bit of arrowroot flour to thicken, but you could also use corn starch.

    absolutely delicious! paired it with rice, a raw egg, chopped spring onions, sesame seeds, bonito flakes and kewpie mayo :) will make again for sure! such a filling meal that made me feel good after ♡

    I doubled it so I would have leftovers, and it came out great! I used brown sugar since I didn't have honey.

    I love this recipe and use it all the time. I use honey or maple syrup (the brown sugar isn't my cup of tea). I double the sauce recipe and throw in some steamed broccoli right at the end to get in some veggies!

    Loved it! My personal suggestion is to fry the tempeh with more oil otherwise it becomes too dry. It is delicious with steamed vegetables and noodles
