- 1 square nori seaweed (sheet roasted, – cut into 2 –inch strips)
- 2 cups japanese rice (cooked, try not to use Jasmine or other long grain rice as they not hold the shape well)
- teriyaki sauce
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mirin
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- kimchi (/ Furikake / pineapple / spring onions)
