- 2 skinless salmon fillets (about 1 pound total, cut into small, bite-sized cubes)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 pinch black pepper
- canola oil
- 8 oz. brown rice noodles (uncooked, I use spaghetti style, cooked according to package instructions and held warm)
- sauce (Sesame-Ginger, recipe below)
- scallions (for garnish, optional)
- sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (you can use low-sodium, if preferred)
- 1 tsp. ginger (freshly grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (pressed through garlic press)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. canola (or vegetable oil)
