- 4 Tbsp. honey (or coconut sugar, or more if you like it sweeter)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger (or ¼ teaspoon ground ginger)
- crushed red pepper (or pinch of black)
- 20 oz. salmon
- 4 fillets
- 2 cups brown rice (or white, cooked according to package directions, I like medium grain)
- 1/2 cup marinade (reserved)
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. butter (or oil of choice)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 bunch asparagus (cleaned and ends trimmed, tutorial here.)
