- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger

- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. mirin
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup water (mixed with 1 tablespoon cornstarch)
- 1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice (1/8 -)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (or more to your liking)
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions (or more to your liking)
