  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cucumbers (medium, cut into 1/4-inch slices)
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed

    Directions

    1. 1. Whisk together teriyaki sauce, orange juice, orange zest and ginger.
    2. 2. Place turkey in large resealable plastic bag or baking dish. Pour teriyaki mixture over turkey; refrigerate 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
