We only had frozen broccoli so we added fresh celery, carrots, and mushrooms. We doubled the ginger and garlic. The sauce is really what carries the dish. It was perfect and my whole family of 7 loved it.

Fantastic! I quadrupled the recipe and it still turned out great. I also seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder and the veggies with salt and pepper for extra flavor.

Really good! I ended up cooking my veggies down some more with extra sauce I made. On the sweeter side, but I really enjoyed it!

it was very good me and my family loved it the sauce was a little salty so i extra brown sugar in it and that cut down on the saltiness

This meal was tasty. My family and I enjoyed it. The next time, I think I'll add a bit more brown sugar to cut the saltiness of the soy sauce.

Left chicken out and used it as a side. Broccoli and carrots could have been cooked longer

Delicious dish! Easy dish to make even though it takes some time. It’s worth it though. I added 1/2 cup of water to the pan after adding all of the ingredients before cooking for the last 15 minutes to avoid dry rice. Next time I plan on doubling the sauce.

Very tasty! I used coco aminos instead of soy sauce, but it was still a little on the salty side. My children chewed down on it, which was a nice change of pace. Will make it again.
