    This was waaaay too good! We had to skip the pink salt because there was none in the pantry, and we didn't dry off the strips becore it went into the oven. We just put the strips onto a cooling rack (gently sprayed with oil) above a large cookie pan, and it turned out amazing! Definitely a flexible recipe!
