- glaze (Tequila)
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. water
- 2 tsp. lime rind (grated)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (I omitted this for the kids)
