  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 pounds beef brisket (boneless)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325°.
    2. Combine all ingredients except brisket in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Add brisket and turn to coat.
    3. Loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours or until brisket is tender. If desired, thicken gravy.
