Okay so I tried this recipe last night with our beef ribs. I am not sure if it was because of the part that ours had the bones in them and the picture shows boneless beef ribs. But I put them on the gas grill and only had one burner going and it was at about 275 degrees and I had it on their and after 30 mins they were not done. So I am not sure what went wrong. Other than that they smell of the marinade was good and the only thing that I added was 1/4 cup of lemon juice.
