Very tender and flavourful. I did add a squeeze of Dijon mustard and served with homemade applesauce and broccoli salad.

Definitely a winner. So easy, delicious, and moist. Grill time was accurate too—we did 6 minuets per side.

These were, quite literally, the best grilled pork chops I've ever had. My family was sorely disappointed that there weren't a lot of leftovers. Lesson learned - I'll be making a much larger batch this time.
You can't imagine how thankful I am that my husband is willing to fire up the grill all winter long! Oh, and as strange as this sounds - these pair wonderfully with StoveTop Chicken stuffing. Found that out by accident... but now I've been told I'll be "voted off the island" if I don't serve these with the stuffing in the future. Silly hubby and kids - who would cook for them if mom were gone? LOL

Made this for dinner tonight and it was outstanding. I don't have a grill, but broiled them instead and there wasn't a morsel left ... a real winner!!
