We werent so impressed. We followed the exact recipe but felt there was alot of flavor lacking. Had to lather it with sauces to try make something out of it. It was also quite dry. Served it on soft shell tacos. Wont make this again.

Super yummy, easy and quick! I cooked as the recipe was printed to get the true flavor. May add a bit of taco seasoning the next time for extra yum.
