    I have made this twice already and definitely plan to make it again. It is super delicious. The first time I followed the instructions exactly. The second time I made a couple improvements. I marinated it over night and then baked it with just a little cooking spray. I cooked it at 375 for about 30-40 minutes to make it crunchy. One thing I will say is that the meat eaters in my home did not care for it, but the other vegan in the house thought it was just as tasty as I did. So I am not sure you will convert anyone. I personally think it’s better than any vegan bacon you might buy at the store.

    Amazing!!! We used the bacN for our Vegan Grilled Cheese sandwich. It tastes great. We dont use the coconut oil to fry, we just use the griddle and flip it often.
