The directions in this recipe do not make sense. The author shows pictures of the bread baked in a pan, but the directions say place on a stone. The dough for this bread is gooey and not kneadable. I placed the dough in a bread pan and cooked it for over an hour at 450, the inside was still raw! I lowered the temp to 350 and removed the bread from the pan since it was cooked in the outside and could hold its shape. I cooked it for an additional 20 minutes at which time I was able to slice it and put in in the toaster! What a mess! But the taste is very good 🤣I think the author needs to go back and correct her entry. There are a lot of expensive ingredients in this recipe.
