    These potatoes are also called "creamers", at least in Florida. I used an cast iron skillet w/lid. Tossed the raw potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, kosher salt and pepper prior to putting them in the skillet, which also had some olive oil in it. I think we cooked them longer than 20 min, but other than that followed the recipe. They turned out excellent, will def make them again.
