- 1 cup plum wine
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- juice (of 2 tangerines)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 piece ginger (1-inch, peeled and sliced into thin strips)
- 1 large garlic cloves (chopped roughly)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 duck (whole, 5-pound)
