- 1/4 cup long grain rice (65 g ,I used jasmine)
- 1/4 cup loose black tea (18 g or about 10-12 bags, any will do)
- 2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar (25 g)
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 carrots (medium)
- 1 parsnip (medium)
- 1 broccoli (medium, stem, longer the better)
- salt (to taste)
- 4 garlic cloves (peeled)
- 1 inch ginger (knob of, peeled)
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (70 g ,unsalted is better but used salted if that’s all you have)
- 1/2 cup basil (packed)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint (packed)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (packed)
- 1/4 cup parsley (packed)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
