Makes alot of sammies but you can half or quarter the recipe. Added dill to taste and black pepper.
I usually serve these with cucumber dill tea sammies, too. Go very well together.
***To make ahead, place prepared sammies on sheet trays, cover with SLIGHTLY DAMP paper towels, then wrap tray TIGHTLY with plastic wrap.
Refrigerateven until service.
