The best tater tot casserole I have ever made. Everything about it was so good! A must try!

It was a little greasy because I could have used a leaner meat. I followed the other recommendations of substituting sour cream instead of milk. I actually used French onion dip instead of sour cream because I intended to follow recipe. I also waited to put cheese on so the tots would get crispy.
