I added some peppers, onions and fresh herbs. Very flavorful and will certainly be my go to breakfast for company.

This is great. I make it for supper and the leftovers are served at breakfast. 2 meals for 1. So fun not to slave over a meal cuz in 5 minutes... it's in the oven
