I was looking for a cream cheese filling for crepes and found this recipe I cut it in half and it was perfect! Half recipe yields about 2-3c of filling.
I also used 1/3 fat cream cheese instead of full fat, and mixed it all at once because I didn’t read ahead. It still turned out perfect for what I wanted.

Lovely! Admittedly, I used this to fill some Puff Pastry cups rather than crepes, but that aside, the sour cream and cream cheese go well together! I ought to make crepes just to use up the leftover filling!
