- 2 Tbsp. chilli powder (red ,or Kashmiri red chilli powder)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. oil (Use mustard oil if possible)
- 1 tsp. salt (or as required)
- 2 cups yoghurt (thick, or Hung curd)
- 2 Tbsp. chilli powder (red ,or Kashmiri red chilli powder)
- 2 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice (2 to)
- 1 Tbsp. tandoori masala (available in any Indian store, optional)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala (powder)
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 Tbsp. oil (Use mustard oil if possible)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt (1 to ,or as required, Please check to your taste)
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 onion
- 2 lemon (1 to ,cut into wedges)
- 3 carrots (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 1/2 tsp. chaat masala (optional)
