    I love Indian food, but have to limit my spiciness/pepper intake. This was perfect and is the least-tweaked recipe I've made. The flavours swirl, meld and pop in your mouth. At any moment you can pick out a spice, but then they all blend into new flavours! I made this for my meatloaf-and-macaroni father and HE even enjoyed it! That speaks to me more than serving this to a fellow culinarian. This recipe is in my permanent collection of go-to tricks and will be in regular rotation. Woohoo!
